Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days, while express options are available at checkout.
Our target is to ship 100% of orders the next business day after purchase.
Do you allow cancellations?
If needed, we can cancel you order before it ships. We do aim to ship everything the next business day so, if you need to cancel an order please reach out to us at orders@plannerstickers.shop to initiate a cancellation and refund.
Do you accept custom orders?
Depending on the request, yes. Please drop us a line at hello@plannerstickers.shop and let us know what you're looking for.
Can I use multiple coupons?
There are multiple potential coupons available, but only one can be used at a time.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are design, crafted, and shipped from the state of Wisconsin in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.
Help! My order is lost!
If your order hasn't arrived within 1 week for the US or 4 weeks international, please email us at orders@plannerstickers.shop and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us via the contact form [link here] or at orders@plannerstickers.shop to initiate a return.
Ultimately, we want you to love your purchase so if it doesn't meet your needs send us a message and we are happy to work with you on a resolution.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to get started.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo (so we can troubleshoot how to prevent the damage in the future) and we’ll make it right.
